Starting from the 23rd of February, it is unnecessary to complete a questionnaire, have a negative PCR test or be vaccinated when coming to Lithuania. Furthermore, self-isolation requirements do not apply to people coming from:
- the countries of the European Economic Area and European Union;
- Swiss Confederation;

People arriving or returning to Lithuania from third countries must have a confirmation of the completed electronic questionnaire (https://keleiviams.nvsc.lt/en/form) received by email. In those cases where travelers do not meet the vaccination and recovery criteria applicable in Lithuania, they must bring a negative PCR test response.
